the same game which are designed to be easily
prepared and used with children.
Brain gym…. Movements that enhance learning
Brain Gym movements in classrooms as a tool
to integrate the brain before learning, work,
or sports activities, as well as during breaks.
Children obtain specific results with Brain
Gym movements to integrate the brain for learning
activities like memory, concentration and
even writing!
Brain Gym benefits include improvements in
learning, vision, memory,
expression, and movement abilities, in both
young people and adults. In the
classroom, teachers typically report improvements
in attitude, attention,
homework, behavior, and academic performance
for the entire class.
The program strategy for the learner centered
psychological principles that enhance learning
skills in children was to play, plan and create
